Booking & cancellation terms
Clear cancellation rules for direct bookings with Bornholm Apartments.
Low & mid season
Free cancellation up to 5 days before arrival. If you cancel less than 5 days before arrival, 100% of the total booking value is charged.
High season
Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival. Cancellations made 14–29 days before arrival are charged at 50% of the total booking value. Cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival are charged at 100%.
Folkemødet
Bookings for the Folkemødet period are non-refundable from the moment the booking is confirmed.
No-show: 100% of the total booking value is charged.
These cancellation terms apply to direct bookings unless a specific rate or offer shown during booking states different conditions. The applicable cancellation deadline is calculated from the scheduled arrival date.
